How to find or resend it ## Your invite is sent after the primary applicant submits — here's how to track it down. If you're joining a roommate's application as an additional leaseholder, your invite arrives by email **after the primary applicant submits their application** — not before. This is the same for Padder Guarantor and Padder Guarantor + Deposit. - **Check that the primary applicant has submitted.** Your invite is triggered by their submission, so if they're still finishing their part, no invite has been sent yet. This is the most common reason it hasn't arrived — ask them to confirm they've submitted. - **Check the right inbox.** The invite goes to the exact email address the primary applicant entered for you.
