Can't find your co-tenant (additional leaseholder) invite email?
Your invite is sent after the primary applicant submits — here's how to track it down.
If you're joining a roommate's application as an additional leaseholder, your invite arrives by email after the primary applicant submits their application — not before. This is the same for Padder Guarantor and Padder Guarantor + Deposit.
- Check that the primary applicant has submitted. Your invite is triggered by their submission, so if they're still finishing their part, no invite has been sent yet. This is the most common reason it hasn't arrived — ask them to confirm they've submitted.
- Check the right inbox. The invite goes to the exact email address the primary applicant entered for you. If you use more than one email, check that one.
- Look in spam/junk. Search for "You have been invited to join Padder."
- You don't need to chase it. If your invite is pending, we send automatic email reminders.
