Can't find your property when applying to Padder?
Referred by your landlord but the property isn't showing? It may not be on Padder yet — here's how to get it added.
If your landlord or property manager referred you to Padder but you can't find your property when you try to apply, it's usually because the property hasn't been added to the Padder platform yet. Here's how to get it sorted.

Let your landlord or property manager know. Tell them you couldn't find the property when trying to apply. Properties are added to Padder at the landlord or property manager's request, so they'll need to start the process.

They contact Padder. Your landlord or property manager lets Padder know the property should be added.

Padder adds the property. Once confirmed, Padder adds the property to the platform and lets your landlord or property manager know it's ready.

You're clear to apply. Your landlord or property manager will let you know you can proceed. In some cases, Padder may also reach out to you directly to confirm the property has been added and that you can continue your application when you're ready.
