# How Padder reviews your application

## Every Padder application is reviewed through Padder’s underwriting process, using proprietary risk models that combine:

- the information you provide in your application, and
- hundreds of additional data points used to assess risk.

### Decisions are based on objective criteria applied consistently to all applicants.

- As part of your application, you’ll provide identity information, lease details, and, where applicable, supporting documentation.
- You may consent to a soft credit check, which does not impact your credit score.

### Padder doesn’t publish the specific criteria or weightings used in underwriting, and submitting an application doesn’t guarantee approval.

- Padder cannot provide a single, specific reason for a particular application outcome.
- Our customer support team cannot see or explain the detailed cause of an individual application decision.
