# How to reset your password or sign in with a code

## How to reset your password and sign back in to your Padder account.

1. Go to the Tenant sign-in page: [https://residential.padder.com/auth/tenant/signin](https://residential.padder.com/auth/tenant/signin)
2. Select **“Forgot your password?”**
3. Enter the email address linked to your Padder account.
4. Follow the prompt to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) and/or a password reset link.
5. Complete the reset and sign in again.
