Uploading documents to Padder
What you upload up front, how to upload it, and what happens if we need anything else.
When you apply, you'll upload your government-issued photo ID as part of your application. You can also optionally provide your SIN so we can run a soft credit check (no impact to your score).
If we need anything else, we'll ask
After your application is reviewed, our team may request additional documents on a case-by-case basis depending on your profile. If something's needed, we'll let you know directly — you don't need to gather or send anything in advance.
How to upload
When a document is requested, upload it directly through your Padder account from your phone or computer — not by email. Log in, open your application, and upload where prompted.
Replacing a document
If you need to correct or update a file you've uploaded, you can upload a new version in the same place.
After you upload
Once you've provided what was requested, our team continues the review and will email you if anything else is needed.
