Where are my policy documents, and how do I get a copy?
Where to find your Padder policy documents, and how to get another copy.
Your Padder policy documents are issued once your premium is paid and everyone on the lease has signed their agreement.
When your policy is issued:
- A copy is emailed to you at the address you used at checkout.
- A copy is also sent to your landlord or property manager.
- You can download your documents anytime from your Padder account — log in and open your application.
If your application includes both Padder Guarantor and Padder Deposit, your documents cover both, and your confirmation shows both policy numbers.
Don't see your documents yet?
Your documents are generated after everyone on the lease has signed. If someone still needs to sign, they'll appear once that's complete.
Need another copy?
If you can't find your documents or need them resent, email support@padder.com and we'll send you another copy.
