Your Padder policy documents are issued once your premium is paid and everyone on the lease has signed their agreement. #### When your policy is issued: - A copy is emailed to you at the address you used at checkout. - A copy is also sent to your landlord or property manager. - You can download your documents anytime from your Padder account — log in and open your application. If your application includes both Padder Guarantor and Padder Deposit, your documents cover both, and your confirmation shows both policy numbers. **Don't see your documents yet?** Your documents are generated after everyone on the lease has signed.
