Who receives payouts
- The landlord/operator is the beneficiary of reimbursement/payment under the applicable policy/program documents (where applicable).
- The landlord/operator is also the beneficiary of warranty payouts under a services agreement/warranty (where applicable).
Who indemnity applies to
Indemnity applies to the tenant(s) who sign the indemnity agreement. If a payout is made to the landlord/operator under the applicable policy or warranty, the tenant(s) may have reimbursement obligations under the indemnity agreement, based on the terms they signed.
