Padder is currently available at partnering properties in Ontario, Canada, across both residential and commercial deals.
In addition to partnering properties, Padder may work with referral partners such as brokers, realtors, immigration services, and other businesses or service providers that support tenants with finding and securing housing (where applicable and subject to program availability).
