Are all residents eligible to purchase Padder Guarantor?

Padder Guarantor is designed to be available to a broad cross-section of renters, including those who might have difficulty getting approved for a lease, such as students, foreign nationals, or self-employed individuals. However, there are certain cases where applicants may not be accepted. These include:

• Rent-to-Income Ratio: Applicants whose rent is too high relative to their income based on program limits may not be accepted.
• Credit Score: Applicants with scores below program minimums are ineligible.
• Rent Limits: Applicants whose base monthly rent is outside of Padder's program limits may not qualify.
• Financial History: Applicants who have had a bankruptcy, foreclosure, or repossession in the last few years are not eligible.
