Does Padder interfere with my right to evict or enforce the lease?

No. Padder does not interfere with your right to evict a tenant or enforce your lease under local tenancy laws.

If a tenant defaults, follow your usual enforcement process.

Let Padder know:
You must notify Padder of the tenant’s default within 45 days by submitting a Notice of Tenant Default.

How Padder supports you:
Padder works alongside your enforcement process, not in place of it. Once you’ve legally regained possession, you can submit a reimbursement request for eligible rent losses, up to your policy limit and term.

Next steps:
Contact your Padder representative and submit your claims form within 60 days of regaining possession.
