What are the steps and timeline for the application process?

  • You (and any roommates) visit residential.padder.com/tenant, fill out the questionnaire, and upload your government ID.
  • If you meet certain criteria, we’ll review your application and email you a decision—usually within 24 business hours.
  • We’ll contact your landlord to confirm the lease details.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll send you a quote and terms. You sign and pay the one-time fee, and we’ll send the coverage confirmation directly to your landlord.

Then you're all set to sign your lease and move in!
