Landlords / Operators: Reset your password

How to reset your password and sign back in to your Padder account.

  1. Go to the Landlord/Operator sign-in page: https://residential.padder.com/auth/landlord/signin
  2. Select “Forgot your password?”
  3. Enter the email address linked to your Padder account.
  4. Follow the prompt to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) and/or a password reset link.
  5. Complete the reset and sign in again.
