Do I owe anything? What do I need to do?

Until a decision has been made about the claim, you don’t owe anything to Padder. Here's what you need to know and do:

1. Current Status:

   • Your property has submitted a claim to Padder, and its status is 'Pending.'

2. No Immediate Payment Required:

   • At this stage, you are not required to make any payment to Padder.

3. Await Claim Decision:

   • Padder will review the claim submitted by your property.

4. Notification of Decision:

   • If the claim gets approved, you will receive an email detailing the amount owed to Padder.

5. Payment Instructions:

   • Upon receiving the approval notification, you will need to pay Padder back directly for the approved amount. Further instructions will be provided within the approval notification.
