What do I need to sign up for Padder Guarantor?

When tenants apply for Padder Guarantor, we require the following information and documentation to process the application:

1. Lease Information:

   • Details about the lease agreement for the new place.

2. Personal Information:

   • Birthdate
   • Contact information (phone number and email address)
   • Current address
   • Social Insurance Number (SIN) if applicable

3. Roommate Information:

   • Details about any roommates who will be sharing the lease.

4. Immigration/Visa Status:

   • Information about your immigration or visa status if you are an international resident.

5. Financial Information:

   • Connect to your bank account to pull bank account balance and income statistics.

6. Credit Check:

   • We perform a “soft” credit check, which does not affect your credit score.

7. Photo ID:

   • Upload a copy of a government-issued photo ID.
