If you believe you do not owe anything to the property, follow these steps to gather more information and resolve the issue:

1. Contact Your Property:

   • Reach out to your property management directly to obtain detailed information about any balances owed. It's important to do this as soon as possible.

2. Review Final Account Statement:

   • Check the final account statement provided by your property upon move-out. This statement should list any charges or balances owed.

3. Direct Payment:

   • If you find that you do owe a balance and you decide to pay the property directly, ensure the following:
     • Confirm that the property withdraws the Padder claim filed against you, if any.
