What is my Padder Guarantor application status?

Thanks for completing the application! Once you have submitted your application, you can check the status by following these steps:

1. Log In:

   • Log onto Padder and navigate to My Plans → Padder Guarantor.

2. Application Status:

   • Your application status will show up as one of the following:
     • Submitted (under review): Your application is being reviewed.
     • Approved: Further action is needed from you.
     • Complete: Your application process is finalized.
     • Denied: Your application has not been approved.

3. Missing Section:

   • If you don’t see a Padder Guarantor section, it means your application has been withdrawn or expired due to unsigned documents.

4. Processing Time:

   • It may take several business days to complete a full review of your application once you’ve submitted all the requested documents. You will receive an email notification once a decision has been made.
