Why Am I Being Collected On After Moving Out with Padder Guarantor?
You might be collected on for the following reasons:

Unpaid Balances Submitted to Padder:
- If you did not pay your community directly and they submitted a claim to Padder, we or our third-party collections agency will attempt to collect that amount up to the claim amount.

Outstanding Balances Over the Padder Bond Amount:
- If you have an outstanding balance that exceeds the Padder Bond amount, your community will send that excess amount through their own collection agency.

- Verify the Claim: Check if the claim amount submitted to Padder matches the outstanding balance you owe.
