Reset your Padder password (Tenant or Landlord/Operator)

Tenants: Reset your password

  1. Go to the Tenant sign-in page: https://residential.padder.com/auth/tenant/signin

  2. Select Forgot your password?

  3. Enter the email address linked to your Padder account

  4. Follow the prompt to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) and/or a password reset link

  5. Complete the reset and sign in again


Landlords/Operators: Reset your password

  1. Go to the Landlord/Operator sign-in page: https://residential.padder.com/auth/landlord/signin

  2. Select Forgot your password?

  3. Enter the email address linked to your Padder account

  4. Follow the prompt to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) and/or a password reset link

  5. Complete the reset and sign in again


If you don’t receive the email

  • Check spam/junk folders

  • Confirm you entered the same email your Padder account uses

  • Wait a few minutes and try again


Commercial accounts (important)

Commercial tenants and commercial landlords/operators do not currently use the Padder platform. No account should have been created at this time.
