If you’re ready to move forward with Padder Guarantor but your tenant hasn’t applied yet, just refer them to www.padder.com and share the unique lease code for their unit. This code links their application directly to the unit you’ve added in your Padder Portal.
Tenants can also find your property by searching the address, as long as your team has added it to your Padder profile.
