Padder does not collect rent or handle payment arrangements — that’s between you and your landlord.
Reaching out early may help you:
- Work out a temporary payment plan
- Avoid formal lease enforcement or eviction
- Prevent your default from being reported to Padder
Communicating with your landlord or property manager helps protect your tenancy and keeps your Padder Guarantor coverage in good standing.
