Padder is currently available at partnering properties in Ontario, Canada.

We’re planning to expand availability to:

  • Alberta
  • British Columbia

You can apply for Padder Guarantor or Padder Deposit only when:

  • The building is a Padder-partner property

You’ll typically find Padder through:

  • A referral from your landlord or leasing team, or
  • A Padder link or QR code provided as part of their leasing process.

In addition to partnering properties, Padder may work with referral partners such as brokers, realtors, immigration services, and other businesses or service providers that support tenants with finding and securing housing (where applicable and subject to program availability).
