Where is Padder available?
Padder is currently available at partner properties in Ontario — here's how you'll be offered it, and what to do if your building isn't partnered yet.
Padder Guarantor and Padder Deposit are available at select partner properties, through the property's leasing office. You'll usually be offered Padder by your landlord or leasing team, through a referral, a Padder link or a QR code.
If your building doesn't offer Padder, it isn't available for that lease. If you'd like to mention us to the leasing team, they're welcome to visit padder.com or contact info@padder.com to learn more.
