Where is Padder available?
Padder is currently available at partner properties in Ontario — here's how you'll be offered it, and what to do if your building isn't partnered yet.
Padder Guarantor and Padder Deposit are currently available at Padder-partner properties in Ontario. You’ll usually be offered Padder as an option by your landlord or leasing team — through a referral, a Padder link, or QR code.
If your building isn’t partnered, your landlord is welcome to reach out to learn more at info@padder.com. We're adding new partner properties in Ontario daily, with Alberta and British Columbia coming soon!
