Acceptable Proof of Relisting

To process your reimbursement request, Padder requires proof that the unit was re-listed for rent within 7 days of regaining possession.

You can submit:

  • A public rental ad (e.g. screenshot from MLS, Rhenti, Kijiji, Zumper, Facebook Marketplace)
  • A signed listing agreement with an agent or brokerage
  • A system record showing the unit marked “Available”
  • Advertising invoices or receipts
  • Written confirmation from your leasing agent or a prospective tenant

Your proof must include:

  • The full property address
  • The date the unit was re-listed
  • Contact info or visible evidence the listing was public

Note: If you are not re-renting the unit, include a short explanation in your Final Reimbursement Form.
