Can I use Padder at any rental property?
Padder Guarantor can only be used at properties where the landlord or property manager accepts Padder.
If you’d like to use Padder to strengthen your application, ask the landlord or leasing agent if they accept Padder.
If your landlord has already referred you to apply, you’re all set — just follow their instructions and complete your Padder application.
