Simply refer the tenant to apply for Padder Guarantor before lease signing. Once they complete their application and payment, you’ll get a confirmation of coverage — then proceed with signing the lease as usual.
Remember: Please send Padder an executed copy of the lease within 5 days of signing to keep the coverage valid.
