If I have Padder Guarantor, do I have to pay my rent?

Yes. Padder Guarantor helps you qualify for housing, but it does not cover your monthly rent payments. You are still fully responsible for paying rent on time and meeting all lease obligations.

If you default and Padder pays your landlord under the policy, you’ll be required to repay Padder for the amount paid.
