What is the refund policy?
Padder Guarantor is a non-refundable insurance policy. Once coverage is issued and the lease is signed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if no lease was signed, you may be eligible for a cancellation only if all of the following apply:
- You have not signed the lease agreement.
- You have not taken possession of the unit.
- Your landlord or property manager confirms this in writing.
- Your request is submitted before the lease start date listed in your application.
How to Request a Cancellation

Step 2: Your landlord or property manager must confirm in writing that:
- No lease was signed with you
- You have not moved into or taken possession of the unit
