  1. Sign up for a Padder account – Registration is free and there's no commitment. Get started HERE.
  2. Receive hands-on support – Our team will guide your clients through the process to ensure success. You can choose to get involved in their Padder onboarding, or let our team handle the details. It's completely up to you!

For Tenants

  1. Receive an invitation – Landlords or their team members must invite tenants to apply.
  2. Complete the online application – Submit business and financial details for review.
  3. Pay the program fee – Once approved, tenants activate their guarantee with an annual, non-refundable program fee.
  4. Secure the lease – Padder confirms the guarantee with the landlord, and the lease is finalized.
