What does Padder Guarantor cover?

Padder Guarantor helps protect your landlord if you default on your lease. The policy covers:

  • Missed rent
  • Failure to move in
  • Lease abandonment
  • Holdover after the lease ends

The policy provides up to 12 months of rent protection during the first 36 months of your lease (subject to policy terms).

Important: Padder doesn’t cover your rent payments—you’re still fully responsible for paying rent and following your lease. If Padder reimburses your landlord, you’ll be required to repay Padder for the amount paid.
