What should I do after I'm approved?

Once you're approved for Padder Guarantor, follow these steps to activate your coverage:

1. Review your quote
   We’ll send you a personalized quote with your one-time fee and coverage details. Make sure everything looks right.
2. Pay your fee
   Use the secure payment link provided in your quote to complete your purchase.
3. Sign the Policy Agreement
   We’ll send your agreement via DocuSign. This confirms your acceptance of the policy terms and your responsibility if Padder pays your landlord.
4. Get covered
   Once payment and signing are complete, Padder issues your policy and notifies your landlord.
5. Sign your lease
   You’re now ready to move forward. Contact your landlord to finalize lease signing.
6. Move in
   You're covered and good to go — welcome home!
