What if I have roommates?

If you’re applying with roommates, you can all be covered under a single Padder Guarantor policy—as long as you're on the same lease. The one-time cost can be split between you. Each roommate must complete their own application and submit required documents. All tenants must meet Padder’s underwriting criteria to be approved.

Tip: Encourage your roommates to apply promptly. Padder can't issue a decision until all roommate applications are submitted.
