Padder Guarantor is a tenant-paid contractual liability insurance policy designed to help responsible renters—like newcomers, students, and self-employed individuals—who may not meet traditional screening criteria qualify for housing, while giving landlords added financial protection and peace of mind.

Important: Padder Guarantor helps tenants get approved, but they’re still fully responsible for paying rent and following all lease terms. If a covered tenant defaults, Padder may reimburse the landlord for eligible losses—then work directly with the tenant to recover those amounts.
