Padder offers two core products for residential and commercial leasing:

• Padder Guarantor: A tenant-paid insurance policy that helps residential renters who may not meet standard screening criteria qualify for a lease. It provides landlords with up to 12 months of rent coverage if a covered tenant defaults.
• Padder Lease Protection: A commercial lease guarantee that allows business tenants to secure space without tying up capital in deposits or letters of credit. It protects landlords against rent loss if the tenant defaults, helping deals close with greater confidence.

Both products are designed to reduce risk, expand access, and bring tenants and property owners closer together.
