Why was my application declined?

Each approval decision is determined by our proprietary risk models, which use information from your application along with hundreds of other data points. Decisions are based on objective criteria applied consistently to all applicants. For this reason, we cannot provide a single, specific reason that an application was denied.

Our customer support team will not be able to provide additional information regarding the cause of an application’s denial.

Can I reapply?

  1. If you plan to reapply for the same location with the same co-tenants, you may submit a new application once 30 days have passed. Please note that providing additional documents will not affect the decision outcome unless there is a material change in your application.
  2. If you plan to reapply for a new location, or with a different set of co-tenants, you may submit a new application immediately.
